Cause
The notification events are sent all at once and every client will call back to the server to retreive the new data all
at the same time causing strain on the server.
Resolution
Applying hotfix 184 to the server affected reduces this issue from happening. The events are sent out in batches so that
the strain on the server is dispursed.
