KB26851: Telephone System Synchronization doesn't update the agent last name in the CCM DB from the switch.




PROBLEM
 
Telephone System Synchronization doesn't update the agent last name in Contact Center Management or Your Site Explorer
from the programming in the 3300.
 
CAUSE

Telephone System Synchronization was deliberately excluding last name from updates unless is was empty.

RESOLUTION
Apply KB26851
 
HOW TO APPLY THE HOTFIX
This hotfix must be installed on your Enterprise Server and you must be running version 5.5sp3
Download the hotfix to your server from here: KB26851
Double click the .exe file and follow instructions
