PROBLEM

Employee Performance by Make Busy/DND reports do not support over midnight options.

SYMPTOMS

When running an Employee Performance by Make Busy/DND report, the over midnight option is disabled.

CAUSE

The RDL was never originally designed to report over midnight.

WORKAROUND

None.

RESOLUTION

This hotfix has been included in all subsequent software versions.  For our latest software and updates, please go to www.mitel.com .
