5.8 Business Edition - Voice Telephone System Synchronization Issues

PROBLEM

When attempting to perform a Telephone System Synchronization using Contact Center Solutions Business Edition, all devices show available to commit to the database with the exception of Agents, Agent Groups, and Queues.


SYMPTOMS

All the devices are configured in the 3300 correctly.

The data synchronization log shows warnings such as:

Warning 4/20/2011 2:14:24 PM prairieFyre.DataSynchronizationEngine.DeviceSyncEngine Could not find AgentGroup with Dialable - 1700

The PBX Cache is valid and shows queues, agents, and agent groups being read from the forms in the 3300.


CAUSE

In Business Edition license handling, SQL likely shows the 3300 flag isLicensedForVoice as FALSE
