6.0 - New prompts are not playing when call flow is executed

PROBLEM

After creating new prompts in VWM, they are not played when executes in the call flow. If you try playing pre-existing prompts, it works.

CAUSE

Prompts (.wav files) are defaulting to the English-US message. If a English US message is not associated to the prompt – it will not play. If you are set to a non English-US configuration, this might be the root cause.

WORKAROUND 

Add a Language activity prior to the Play prompt to match the language that the prompt was configured via Yoursite Explorer. The permanent solution will be addressed in our Fix Pack 2 release.
