This alarm is an emailed alarm indicating that a user endpoint is no longer available.
SEVERITY
Minor
IMPACT
All agents are registered as a user endpoint. If a user endpoint is in error the agent will not be routed calls.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
It is possible for a user endpoint to become unavailable due to a network connection issue or a client machine freezing up.
Verify that the agents computer has a connection to the network.
Open the Lync management shell and execute get-csuser, or go to Lync server control panel. Verify that the user exists.
