KB78635 -, New employees/agents unable to login until router restarted

Once a new user is added to Active Directory and YourSite Explorer.  Select for 'Enabled for ACD' and add to an active agent group.  Upon loading, Ignite will display ??:?? and the logs will say the router is unavailable.  The router will agree and say the Agent does not exist.  If you restart the router the employee/agent will then be able to log in.


1. Ensure all agents are logged out before applying Hot Fix
2. Download hotfix from ftp://microsoftdl.prairiefyre.com/Hotfixes/5.10/KB78365/KB78365.exe
3. Double click the executable and follow on-screen instructions

NOTE: Applying hotfixes will include service restarts, as such it is advised to install the hotfix outside of business hours to avoid service interruption.
