KB80814 - FP4 ContactCenterClient ribbon issues

This Hot Fix is recommended if you are using Fix Pack 4, as it addresses three issues found in the new ContactCenterClient ribbon.

  • Some menus showing in english even when set to french language.
  • Time-based alarms not honouring thresholds, but alarm immediately.
  • Alarms in Agent State by Time monitor not respecting configured thresholds.
