Lync - Newly created queue remains grey in YSE and does complete

A new queue is created in YourSite Explorer, but it remains grey even after the "Please wait 1 minute and refresh" prompt.

  • You are running in a multiple Enterprise Server environment.
  • In YSE the queue remains grey, even after the 1 minute delay
  • In the Provisioner Log you see something similar to:
eWarning  8/3/2012 1:49:07 PM      TrustedApplicationEndpoint PowerShell object error: [System.InvalidOperationException: Filter failed to return unique result, "[LineURI : tel: 3001] [PrivateLine : tel: 3001] "

In rare cases the Queue URI created is not unique, and may already be in use by the other Enterprise Server.

In YourSite Explorer, change the URI for the queue to a unique number, and the queue should provision properly upon saving.
