This alarm indicates that a previous connection from the router to the Oaisys server was not disconnected properly.

IMPACT
Oaisys call recording integration will not function properly.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
NOTE: This is not a software licensing error, and does not indicate that you are overlicensed.
Once this error is reported you will need to restart the Oaisys server. The router does not need to be restarted to correct this error.
