DESCRIPTION
The Router service is unable to communicate properly with the Message Queuing service.

IMPACT
Real time and reporting may not function correctly.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
1. Log into the Enterprise Server.
2. Open the Windows Services panel, and ensure that the Message Queuing service is running.
3. Check the Windows Event Viewer for any errors relating to the Message Queuing service.
4. If the problem persists, restart the Message Queuing and Router services.
