This alarm indicates that there were errors during the creation of a support package.

The support package was not created properly.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
1. Make sure that you are running the service on the server box itself and not on any of the client boxes.
2. Make sure that the logs folder, found in [drive]:\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Logs on a 32bit server or [drive]:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Logs on a 64bit server does not contain redundant old files.
3. Make sure that correct SQL instance for CCMData and CCMStatisticalData is specified in the registry.
4. Check for files under [drive]:\Program Files\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Websites\CCMWeb\downloads\SupportPackageTemp or [drive]:\Program Files (x86)\prairieFyre Software Inc\CCM\Websites\CCMWeb\downloads\SupportPackageTemp, as this is where all the files are collected before zipping.
