KB86847 - Hot Fix to address IVR behavior after Service Pack 1

This hot fix was designed to address a number of concerns found in IVR after the application of Service Pack 1 (

  • A design change request to allow customers leaving callbacks to submit on disconnects
  • IVR query variables reset after upgrade to
  • IVROutbound Stopped Offering Callbacks to the Queue
  • All ports went ring no answer unexpectedly on one client site
  • Possible error detected causing IVRInbound service restarts
  • IVR: Queue Condition evaluations taking longer than expected to process



This hot fix is to be applied on top of prairieFyre IVR version .

1. Download the KB86847.EXE file.
2. Double click the KB86847.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this hot fix will require the prairieFyre services to be stopped and restarted.  We recommend applying this hot fix outside business hours or during a scheduled maintenance window to avoid service interruption.
