VWM0025 - IVR port failed to transfer call due to MiTAI error

DESCRIPTION

If MiTAI fails to transfer the call due to an SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED or Access Violation error, we translate that error into a eLineState.ERROR which affects transfer activity.

IMPACT

The Transfer Activity will fail to transfer the call and will then run the configured Failure Branch of the Activity.



TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

This can be caused by incorrect Port COS configuration or by user-related actions such as hanging up the call midway through a transfer. To troubleshoot this issue, check the logs for the device running the call flow. If SXERR and feature not alllowed exceptions are present, the issue is probably due to incorrect Port COS configuration. This can be fixed in YourSite Explorer.
