Unable to log into CCMWeb, CCMData is set to Read-Only

PROBLEM

You are unable to log into CCMWeb, CCMData is set to Read-Only. 



SYMPTOMS

You can log into SQL Management Studio successfully, but it reports that the database is set to read-only. 



WORKAROUND

NOTE: This issue is purely an SQL administration issue, and as such prairieFyre can only offer best-effort support.  If the following does not resolve the issue, please consult your SQL administrator or Microsoft support.

1. Load SQL Management Studio.
2. Connect to the SQL server.
3. Click the New Query button.
4. Type RESTORE DATABASE <CCMData> WITH RECOVERY and click the Execute Now button.
5. Re-launch the CCMWeb website.
