Agents intermittently not seeing countdown during worktimer

PROBLEM
While in worktimer, agents will sometimes not see the countdown of time remaining.
RESOLUTION
This issue is currently being investigated and we are aiming to resolve it in 6.0.2.1. There is no workaround at this time.
