Hot Fix KB94606 - Unable to run report after upgrade

PROBLEM
After an upgrade from 5.8 to 6.0.0.3 some employees are no longer able to run all reports.
SYMPTOMS
- Agent Group Event by Period was the first report that we encountered.
- Running the report under some users Fails, while running it under an Administrator account will succeed.
- Recreating the problem employee does not resolve the issue.
- In the reporting log you may see an error like the following:

at Syncfusion.XlsIO.Implementation.UtilityMethods.ConvertNumberToDateTime(Double dNumber).
RESOLUTION
This hot fix is to be applied on top of 6.0.2.0.
1. Download the attached KB94606.EXE file to the enterprise server.
2. Double click the KB94606.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
NOTE: Installing this hotfix will temporarily stop all prairiefyre services. In order to avoid service interruption we recommend installing this hotfix after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
