HotFix KB95742 - Realtime Card only shows Caller ID during ringing state, then shows the Operator Extension instead

PROBLEM
When monitoring an incoming call in Contact Center Client, a 'switchboard' agent picks up the call initially then blind transfers to another agent. The Caller ID only shows while the call is ringing. Once answered it instead shows the Operator Extension.
RESOLUTION
This Hot Fix is to be applied on top of 5.8.0.3
1. Download the attached KB95742.EXE file to the Enterprise server.
2. Double click the KB95742.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
NOTE: Installing this hotfix will stop and restart prairieFyre services. To avoid service interruption we recommend installing this hotfix outside business hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
