IVR Callbacks are not offered to an agent if the destination is set to a SpeedDial instead of a Path

PROBLEM

Callbacks are not offered to an agent if the destination is set to a SpeedDial instead of a Path.  If we change the destination to a Path instead of the DN and restart the IVROutbound Service, Callbacks begin processing correctly.



RESOLUTION

This issue is being resolved in our 6.0.2.1 release.
