ALM0092 being thrown more frequently than intended

ALM0092,  warning of a SMDR Time Rollback is being thrown more frequently than intended.

This alarm is intended to be thrown in two instances:

  • There was a summarization failure due to time rollbacks
  • We saw a time rollback in the middle of the day, resulting in a realtime statistics reset

Currently the alarm is being thrown each time we receive SMDR records out of order.  This is more sensitive than intended, and we are working to resolve this issue.

We plan on having this issue addressed in our upcomming release.

In the meantime, if you are receiving a large number of these alarms you may wish to disable this alarm until is available.  You can do this by:
1. Opening YourSite Explorer
2. Clicking on Alarms on the left, under the Enterprise section.
3. Select Alarm ALM0092, and click the Disable button.

NOTE: Once is available this alarm should be enabled again.
