Newly created Queue in YSE did not provision in Lync until Provisioner service restarted

PROBLEM

When creating a new Queue in YourSite Explorer, you find that the queue is not being provisioned in Lync. If you restart the Provisioner service, the queue is provisioned correctly.



SYMPTOMS

The Provisioner service logs indicate that it is not running the Powershell scripts required to build a trusted application endpoint. 


RESOLUTION

This issue will be resolved in our Baltic release.
