CFG0044 - There was a problem communicating with the PBX

DESCRIPTION

The Enterprise server is unable to communicate with the PBX.
 



SEVERITY

Major 



IMPACT

Unable to collect data, send commands, or perform a Telephone System Synchronization. 



TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

This problem is often fixed by verifying the following:

  • Check that the correct IP address for the PBX was entered in the Media Server page.
  • Check that the PBX is running on the network.
  • Check that the Mitel MiXML Service is installed and running on the Enterprise Server.
