DESCRIPTION
The Enterprise server is unable to communicate with the PBX.

Unable to collect data, send commands, or perform a Telephone System Synchronization.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
This problem is often fixed by verifying the following:
- Check that the correct IP address for the PBX was entered in the Media Server page.
- Check that the PBX is running on the network.
- Check that the Mitel MiXML Service is installed and running on the Enterprise Server.
