The destination configured in the Transfer activity is invalid. If this is an internal transfer, then the queue destination is invalid. If this is an external transfer, then the email address is invalid.

The Transfer activity will not execute successfully.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
If the destination is a voice destination, this alarm will be thrown if the dialable is invalid, or out of service. If this is a transfer to an email destination, then the format is invalid.
