PROBLEM
In YSE, if you add a Variable Compare activity to the Chat or Email Inbound Workflow, and you choose the <<DestinationQueue>> variable or the <<QueueId>> variable in the variable compare condition, you will given the list of only the voice queues in the dropdown. As designed, this should give you a list of all queues of the correct type.
WORKAROUND
For an Inbound Workflow (on the Media Server), you should use the <<DestinationQueueName>> or <<DestinationQueueReportingNumber>> variables.
For an InQueue Workflow (on the Queue), you will not be able to use the <<QueueId>> variable to identify the current workflow. By default, when creating a new Queue it will also create a new workflow for that queue, so this should not be needed.
RESOLUTION
These variables are planned to be corrected in our upcoming 7.1 release.
