HotFix KB196695 - Localization corrections for Spanish language and currencies

PROBLEM
This hotfix addresses the IVR readback of currency related values in the ES-CL language setting.
RESOLUTION
This hotfix is to be installed onto Version 7.0.1.0.
1. Download the attached KB196695.EXE to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double click the KB196695.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
NOTE: Applying this update will restart the prairieFyre services. In order to avoid service interruption we recommend installing the hotfix after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
