PROBLEM
The Related To field in the Salesforce connector defaults to the last Account opened in salesforce.com. We have added a configuration option to allow for it to default to the first Account touched instead.
RESOLUTION
This hotfix is to be installed onto Version 6.0.3.0.
1. Download the attached KB216345.EXE to the enterprise server.
2. Double-click the KB216345.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. On the client computer, go to <InstallDir>\CCM\Applications\SalesForceIntegration\ and open SalesForceCTI.exe.config in notepad.
4. In the <appSettings> section, add a line with <add key="EndCallSetFirstRelatedTo" value="true"/> and save the file.
NOTE: true = first Account opened, false = last Account opened.
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 on each client computer (or save a copy of your config file from the first computer and copy it to each other client).
NOTE: Installing this hotfix will restart your prairieFyre services. In order to avoid service interruption we recommend applying the update after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
