PROBLEM

This hotfix addresses multiple issues:

• Errors when making changes to schedules in workforce scheduling from a client computer
• WFS Unhandled Exception - "ForeignKeyConstraint FK_tblRecurrence_tblPrimaryTimeEvent" exception
• WFS Unhandled Exception - "System.OutOfMemoryException" exception
• WFS Unhandled Exception - 'dataSet' argument cannot be null
• WFS Unhandled Exception - Object reference not set to an instance of an object
• WFS Unhandled Exception - Index was out of range
• Improved logging of connection errors between WFS client and SQL server

RESOLUTION

This Hotfix is to be applied onto Version 6.0.3.0.

1. Download the attached KB180791.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double-click the KB180791.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this update will restart the prairieFyre services.  In order to avoid service interruption we recommend installing the Hotfix after hours, or during a scheduled maintenance window.
