HotFix KB319939 - Some calls are being processed by IVR with incorrect ANI and DNIS information

PROBLEM

Some calls were being processed through IVR which had incorrect ANI and DNIS information. 



SYMPTOMS

The ANI and DNIS information being processed appears to be from the previous call.




RESOLUTION

This HotFix must be installed onto MiCC Version 7.1.3.1

1. Download the attacked KB319939.EXE file to the enterprise server.
2. Double-click the KB319939.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. Go to [InstallDir]\CCM\Services\ConfigService\ .
4. Open the GlobalAppSettingsEditor.exe .
5. Enter the following information:

  • Application: RoutingInboundService.exe
  • SectionGroup: prairieFyre.Routing.Mitel.Properties.Settings
  • Name: WaitForPendingRequestsOnConsult
  • Value: True
  • Description (You may enter anything here, but you must enter something in order to save)

6. Click Save.  It may take 30 to 60 seconds for the save to complete.  Ensure you wait for the confirmation prompt before closing the application.

NOTE: Installing this update will restart the prairieFyre services.  In order to avoid service interruption we recommend applying this hotfix after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
