KB154: Null reference exception in GridExtender when loading a profile

Symptoms:

When loading a profile, the CCC stops loading part way and a Null reference exception is logged for the GridExtender

Cause:

Fixed columns for the grid were saved at an index which is not 0 based. This causes issue when trying to reload them into a 0 based array

Resolution:

Install the attached Hot Fix.

How to apply this fix:

This hotfix must be installed on your Enterprise Server.

Download the hotfix to your server from here: KB154

Double click the .exe file and follow the instructions.
