PROBLEM
There is an error in Collector log after the service is restarted.
SYMPTOMS
The following error is present in the Collector log about 30 seconds after a restart of the service:
| eError 7/29/2010 9:57:35 PM AsciiLineDiskBuffer - DeleteSentData Exception when handle already sent data. Error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists. |
CAUSE
It appears that the "File.Move" operation in method "DeleteSentData" is failing; presumably because a file with the same name already exists in the SentToEnterpriseServer subdirectory.
WORKAROUND
None.
RESOLUTION
This hotfix has been included in all subsequent software versions. For our latest software and updates, please go to www.mitel.com .
