KB39214: WFS overtime configuration in YSE adds 1 hour to time when minutes greater than 30

PROBLEM

Workforce Scheduling overtime configuration in YourSite Explorer adds an hour to the time when the minutes are set to 30 or greater.

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

1. Launch YourSite Explorer
2. Click Workforce Scheduling
3. Click Overtime
4. Create a new Overtime or edit an existing one
5. Check the box for "Hours worked on a given week are greater than" or "Hours worked on a given day are greater than"
6. As soon as you change the minutes to 30 or higher, it adds an hour in the above frame
   

CAUSE

The is a problem with the weekly and daily number types decimal place and rounding.

WORKAROUND

None.

RESOLUTION

This hotfix, along with all other CCM version 5.7 sp1 hotfixes created before January 2010, have been rolled up into one single hotfix.

The original hotfix for this specific issue is no longer available and you must install the rollup.
