KB39213: Flexible report headers have static value instead of expression

PROBLEM

The Flexible report headers have a static value instead of being set to an expression.

SYMPTOMS

The following steps will reproduce the issue:

1. Launch the Flexible Reporting application (Start=>All Programs=>Mitel=>Flexible Reporting)
2. Open an existing report or create a new one
3. Notice the Header values:
   
4. Click the Insert tab and select Header then choose one of the headers to remove it
5. Select Header and choose the same header in the previous step
6. Once the Header re-appears it has a static value
   

CAUSE

The value are hard-coded.

WORKAROUND

None.

RESOLUTION

This hotfix, along with all other CCM version 5.7 sp1 hotfixes created before January 2010, have been rolled up into one single hotfix.

The original hotfix for this specific issue is no longer available and you must install the rollup.
