KB40523: Employee Group Time Out of Adherence report has last column formatted incorrectly

PROBLEM

In the Employee Group Time Out of Adherence by Employee by Day of Month, the last column is formatted incorrectly.

SYMPTOMS

When running an Employee Group Time Out of Adherence by Employee by Day of Month report, the last column called "Time out of adherence time for jobs only" is displayed in seconds where it should be formatted in HH:MM:SS.

CAUSE

The column is not being converted to HH:MM:SS.

WORKAROUND

None.

RESOLUTION

This hotfix, along with all other CCM version 5.7 sp1 hotfixes created before January 2010, have been rolled up into one single hotfix.

The original hotfix for this specific issue is no longer available and you must install the rollup.
