ALM0077 - System Identification

DESCRIPTION

There is an issue with the System Identification setting on the PBX.

Enter a unique number between 000 and 999, which identifies the system in SMDR reports. This is operational and the default is blank.

Minor 



IMPACT

This is a required field based on Standardized Network OLI being enabled. Each media server should have a unique System Identification number assigned.
 



TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

1. Open the 3300 ESM.
2. On the left, click on System Properties => System Feature Settings => SMDR Options.
3. Click Change.
4. Set System Identification to a Unique number.
5. Click Save.

NOTE: This alarm will need to be cleared manually by going to YourSite Explorer and clicking on Alarms.  Select the alarm in question and click the Snooze button.
