HotFix - KB116159 - Ignite and Routing corrections

INFORMATION

This HotFix is intended to address the following issues:

• 116477 : Ignite not wrapping all calls once hotfix 108528 applied
• 115429 : Migration from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013: Cannot Register new endpoints
• 115214 : Agent fails to receive ACD call because conference window fails to connect: Router claiming already on ACD call
• 115211 : Router Service would fail to start and gets an error “ No such host is known”
• 114913 : Ignite crashing when agent attempts to do an unsupervised transfer to another user
• 117771 : Enterprise server setting agent Idle while trying to answer ACD call
• 116488 : When clicking the ? in Ignite toolbar, help options sit loading in webpage
