HotFix KB232143 - Call details appear in Call Notes window, but frequently disappear after a second or two

PROBLEM

When answering a call in the ContactCenterClient, the call details appear in the Call Notes window, then disappear a few seconds later.  This occurs more frequently when you answer the calls quickly. 



RESOLUTION

This hotfix is to be applied onto Version 7.0.1.0.

1. Download the attached KB232143.EXE file to the Enterprise Server.
2. Double-click the KB232143.EXE file and follow the on-screen prompts.

NOTE: Installing this update will restart the prairieFyre services.  In order to avoid service interruption we recommend applying this hotfix after hours or during a scheduled maintenance window.
